ValuBuild will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. Completion may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customer-requested changes, restricted site access, material availability, approval delays, third-party delays, unexpected site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where agreed, ValuBuild may supply materials and equipment required for the project. ValuBuild may also engage qualified subcontractors or specialist service providers where reasonably required to complete particular works.
Where a warranty is provided, the applicable warranty period and conditions will be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, failure to follow maintenance instructions, or damage caused by third parties.
ValuBuild is committed to maintaining appropriate health and safety practices while carrying out its services. Customers must inform ValuBuild of any known hazards or dangerous conditions at the property.
ValuBuild is not responsible for pre-existing defects, concealed installations, hidden services, or other conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before work commenced.
ValuBuild will perform its services with reasonable care and professional diligence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ValuBuild will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from inaccurate information, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or failure to follow reasonable instructions.
